Dinner Menu
A duet of Grilled Sirloin with rosemary shallot and Grilled Chicken with cranberry orange glaze – accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes and green beans.
Vegetarian/Vegan option will be Stuffed Pepper with wild rice, sun-dried tomato, roasted vegetables and soy milk cream sauce.
Dessert: White chocolate mousse cup with fresh berry compote.
